so i listen to rythm and it happens to be that ya,,, my masterpiece end like that,,, yap thats the result which to tell you the truth i’m not that satisfied…

so here is my reseach after going to Mr.Google…

The examination of taxonomic and phytochemical screening of Nothopanax scutellarium Merr. has been done to identify morphological and anatomical of the plant, and chemical compounds of the plant. The taxonomic include plant identitiction, classification, and binomial nomenclature based on morphological and anatomical characteristics. The taxonomic study is needed to avoid possible mistakes in calling local names of the plant because Indonesia haa too many different names in every area or same local names for the different kind of plants. On the other hand, study of phytochemical screening is needed to develope new drugs finding from herbal medicine, because of that, it is very important to know the chemical compounds before studying pharmacological effects.

From the examination have been obtained the characteristic of Nothopanax scutellrxrium Merr. as a clump, sprout upright, leaves shape are almost round as bowl, serrated edge, fin veins of leaves, a little bit rough unfeathers surface, green, unblossom, and unharvest. Woody circular stem with withist chocolate in colour, sprout upright with monopodial bifurcation. Steep chocolate and small root in large amount.

From microscopical anatomy obtained characteristic are anisocytic stomata with three neighbor cells in different size only exist in lower epidermis, bicollateral type of vascular bundles in large amount and disperse , spiral form in xylem thickening, and crystal of calcium oxalate in roset and prism forms. And the chemical compounds have been obtained are alkaloid, saponin of saturated sapogenin, anthraquinon, and coumarin.

Mangkokan (Nothopanax scutellarium Men.) adalah tanaman suku Araliaceae yang secara tradisional telah digunakan untuk menghilangkan bau badan, pelumas kepala terhadap kerontokan rambut, menyembuhkan buah dada yang bernanah, diuretika, dan peluruh keringat. Akan tetapi hal ini masih bersifat empiris karena belum ada data klinis tentang khasiat mangkokan, bahkan tentang golongan kandungan kimia.

Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian pendahuluan, yaitu penelitian taksonomi dan skrining fitokimia. Penelitian taksonomi meliputi klasifikasi, tatanama serta identifikasi berdasarkan ciri-ciri morfologi dan anatomi. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengenal identitas tumbuhan untuk menghindari kemungkinan terjadinya kekeliruan. Sedangkan skrining fitokimia dilakukan untuk mengetahui golongan senyawa kimia yang terkandung dalam tanaman.
Golongan kandungan kimia dari mangkokan belum diketahui, maka sebagai dasar panduan digunakan golongan kandungan kimia tanaman dan suku yang sama karena menurut kemotaksonomi, hubungan yang erat ini memungkinkan persamaan zat kandungan. Zat yang terkandung dalam suku Araliaceae antara lain saponin; alkaloid; senyawa asetilenat; diterpenoid; triterpenoid; panaksosida A, B, C, D, E, F; minyak atsiri; dan emetin.

Penelitian dilakukan terhadap daun karena bagian yang paling banyak digunakan dalam pengobatan dengan mangkokan adalah daunnya. Penelitian makroskopis terutama untuk mengetahui habitus-morfologi tanaman mangkokan, sedang secara mikroskopis dilakukan terhadap irisan melintang daun, sayatan membujur epidermis atas dan bawah daun, serta fragmen serbuk untuk mengetahui anatomi dari daun mangkokan. Untuk penelitian skrining fitokimia dilakukan maserasi terhadap serbuk kering daun dengan menggunakan pelarut diklormetana dan metanol untuk memeriksa golongan kandungan alkaloid, saponin, flavonoid, glikosida antrakuinon, tannin dan senyawa polifenol, serta
kumarin. Sedang untuk golongan kandungan glikosida sianhidrin, minyak atsiri, dan iridoid dilakukan terhadap serbuk daun kering.

Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan ciri-ciri habitus-morfologi mangkokan adalah tumbuhan menahun yang berupa perdu, arah tumbuh tegak ke atas, daun hampir bundar berbentuk seperti mangkok, tepi daun bergerigi, tulang daun menyirip, permukaan daun agak kasar tidak berbulu, daun berwarna hijau, tidak berbunga dan tidak berbuah, batang berbentuk bulat berkayu berwarna coklat keputihan arah tumbuh tegak ke atas dengan percabangan monopodial. Akar merupakan akar tunggang berwarna coklat, jumlah akar cabang banyak dan kecil¬kecil.

Dari pemeriksaan anatomi secara mikroskopis didapatkan ciri-ciri stomata tipe anisositik dengan tiga sel tetangga tidak sama besar yang hanya terdapat pada epidermis bawah, kristal oksalat bentuk roset dan prisma, berkas pengangkutan bikolateral dengan jumlah banyak dan letak tersebar, dan penebalan xilem bentuk spiral.

Sedangkan dari skrining fitokimia diduga mempunyai golongan kandungan alkaloid, saponin dengan sapogenin jenuh, antrakuinon, dan kumarin.

Untuk penelitian lebih lanjut perlu dilakukan penelitian terhadap macam¬macam golongan kandungan kimia dari alkaloid, saponin, antrakuinon, dan kumarin, Hai ini perlu dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk penemuan obat baru yang berasal dari bahan alam.

yes my friend,,,

this year! i’m going to the new word of what so called multimedia,,, and tell me,,, its so way fun in the first week… so many media which i count… very countless…  just imagine how technology would be in the next 10years… well now i bet macbook or so called apple thing will be just another dust in the history book of techno!! hahahah

but again…

its so hard to believe that i manage to put my word to become here… i mean… in the past months i was thinking whether should i pick advertising as my major rather then this… oh kay, blame it on my past studies of “branding”… to tell you!! learning and studying brand is soooo way fun!! hell fun… i think i wanna learn business or something in the future… after all… i’m not a pure designer if i see myself in this past years… naa~~ i’m not a productive designer where i can design anytime anywhere and anysome… hahaha no wonder i consistly refuse to go design graphic!! bahhaha

so so so…

here i am after the struggle… hahaha i manage to stick with the plan to multi! yay!!! and now i dont have a single regret!!! hopefully… i can manage it fine with great hell of fun and please god, give me time to do assignment so that i have a good porto…

Multimedia is usually recorded and played, displayed or accessed by information content processing devices, such as computerized and electronic devices, but can also be part of a live performance. Multimedia (as an adjective) also describes electronic media devices used to store and experience multimedia content. Multimedia is similar to traditional mixed media in fine art, but with a broader scope. The term “rich media” is synonymous for interactive multimedia. Hypermedia can be considered one particular multimedia application.

Categorization of multimedia

Multimedia may be broadly divided into linear and non-linear categories. Linear active content progresses without any navigation control for the viewer such as a cinema presentation. Non-linear content offers user interactivity to control progress as used with a computer game or used in self-paced computer based training. Hypermedia is an example of non-linear content.

Multimedia presentations can be live or recorded. A recorded presentation may allow interactivity via a navigation system. A live multimedia presentation may allow interactivity via an interaction with the presenter or performer.
